Alma College is starting back up and it is time as a College Student to find activities that will give you room to grow and succeed in life! Our Instinctive Response Training class taught by Gary Haffey at the Stone Recreation Center can do just that for you. Effective self defense and personal protection skills as well as mentoring and learning life skills. Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday night from 6:30 til 8 pm in the multi-purpose room. Scott Sober also teaches on Saturday’s at 11 am in the multi-purpose room as well. Those interested can show up fifteen minutes early to talk to one of the instructors and see if it is for you!
