A Fighter’s Heart By Sam Sheridan

I recently had the chance to review the book “A Fighter’s Heart” by Sam Sheridan.  This was an interesting read as a couple of day’s before I had watched a tv show filmed in Thailand about Sam’s one Muay Thai fight over there.  The book is a good read and he is a good writer.  So if you like Muay Thai, MMA, Jiujitsu, etc. this may be right up your alley!  The only part I did not like was the equating dog fighting and cock-fighting with the idea of testing gameness. (ie. having game)  The difference is that in combative sports between human’s people in general have a choice to participate or not.  Dog’s and rooster’s do not have a choice they are forced into this endeavor and most of the time fatally so!  Yet, this book is an excellent read and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

See You On The Mats!
