Well this will be the last post here at The Instinctive Edge for 2010! This year has witnessed some dramatic changes in my life and those in the Instinctive Response family! I am really happy to be reunited with family in Las Vegas and yet miss all my friends and training partners back in Michigan. Each and every one of you is important to me and it means the world to me that you are continuing to train and improve! The Instinctive Edge will resume on January 2nd! (after a walkabout) I will leave you with some thoughts now:
If you aspire to be mediocre you will be,
If you aspire to be average you may be just that,
If you aspire to be good you have a the chance to be so,
If you aspire to be great you have potential!
See You On The Mats!

Brian I wish you and yours a great 2011
and here are a few more to add to your list
If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”
Bruce Lee
“If you think a thing is impossible, you’ll make it impossible.”
Bruce Lee
But the one I like best is from the Upanishads
“One comes to be of just such stuff as that which ones mind is set”
Awesome Tim,
