Silat Suffian Bela Diri Video Clips!

Here are a couple of video clips from Maul Mornie a practitoiner of Silat Suffian Bela Diri a martial practitioner from Brunei who currently lives in the UK.   The attached info regarding each video is from his youtube channel.

ABOUT THE VIDEO

Silat Suffian Bela Diri is a blade art that originates from Brunei. This video clip demonstrates basic Shock entries. A defensive knife confrontation should not last more than 3 seconds. The longer the fight the higher the risk of defeat. It’s not about showmanship or impressing anyone.

It’s highly advisable knife training are to be done properly and safely under the instruction of a competent and certified instructor.

The key to proficiency in any training for personal defense is of course dedication, time, and practice. Proficiency with a blade as a self-defense tool will not happen overnight. Maintain reasonable aims and goals. It will help more if you enjoy the training.

Be patient and sincere, bad intentions usually result in bad things happening to you and the people around you.

ABOUT THE VIDEO

At certain times, a soldier or police officer only has his/her firearm as a defensive weapon & may be forced to defend themselves against armed confrontations in a flammable, confined or public environment, e.g. Petrol Station, Petroleum Processing plants, Hospitals, infant nurseries, schools, airplanes, buses etc; where shooting is not an option.

Or simply the firearm ran out of ammunition.

These are just several of many options on how to incorporate firearms in close-quarter confrontations.

A responsible professional is trained to use their firearm as an “impact weapon” to maximum effect with minimum effort.

This silat suffian syllabus is only offered to professionals.
