Here is a link to a story about a police officer who survived a firearm attack during a shoplifting stop. This event shows in many ways just how powerful the will to survive can be a in moment of extreme violence. Congratulations to officer Reston for surviving this event! We understand how traumatic confrontations like this can be! What is amazing is that a criminal would do some thing like this for a pair of pants, etc. Really, really stupid.
