Don’t get me wrong, I think it would be a good training tool and it might be nice to work with…. but it’s padded and a bit floppy!?
That kind of defeats at least part of the purpose of the mook don’t you think. Or am I missing something
I agree with you Tim. I like my wooden dummy with the emphasis being on wooden. It is excellent conditioning for the body and the soul!
I would say however that The Warrior has some nice features especially the arms sticking out the bag that can be worked with sticks and or like focus mitts.
I agree, I think it has some good features and there would certainly be training benefits but I just felt it took some of the needed hardness out of the mook… that or I am just to old nad stuck in my ways 🙂
