One of Muay Thai’s premiere fighters training. I think all martial practitioner’s should be training to a degree of high proficiency. I do not care what you do but you should be training to the point where your cardiovascular and strength training is way beyond what a normal person is doing. If your not doing that then you are doing some thing wrong in my humble opinion! Get out there and train till your legs are unsteady and or you hurl!!!
