Yiquan (aka Dachengquan) is from Wang Xiangzhai who was originally a Xingyiquan guy. However he traveled all over China learning things from other styles from several other people.
My only complaint is the narrators pronunciation of Yiquan maked me cringe 🙂
Thanks for the comment Tim. One thing narrators need to get right is the pronunciation of a system. That is a sure fire way to as you said make people cringe or worse mislead people. Those of us not in the know would think that is correct.
What he said was eee-chen and the closest I can phonetically get spelling it out is eee-chwan
