So for about a week I have had a nagging cold. Sniffles, congestion but nothing to serious. Still for a few day’s it has kept me down enough that physical activity just was not going to happen. On those day’s I pretty much just meditated on movement with a lot of visualization. Since breathing was hard I pretty much just visualized and did not worry at all about different breathing techniques. This kind of training is essential. You may not always be able to get after that physical workout but we can always take some time and visualize techniques and movement. So if you are sick enough that you cannot physically train then take some time and meditate and visualize your movement! That way you are still training! Once you feel able then get back into your physical training and resume an appropriate workout! Personally, I am feeling better and hard, physical workout’s commence tomorrow. So things are looking up!!!
