Just Back In From Michigan…..

So I am just back in from Michigan and we had some great Intensives this weekend.  The following set of pictures are from our Saturday Intensive up in Alma, Michigan.  Unfortunately my camera phone took pretty poor pictures but you can get a sense of what we were doing.  We worked on 10 Count and Beyond, 3 Count, Takedowns and Sweeps plus some grappling.  Really good class and a high level of skill demonstrated by everyone attending!
