Scenario Based Training is often thought of as the missing link in Self-Defense training.  When done right practitioner’s get adrenalized and have to deal with situations that could happen in the real world.  Critical thinking, physical actions and decisive applications need to happen for the participants to be successful.  To add further stress in IRT everyone knows from the get go that they will be peer-reviewed afterwards as well as given feedback from their instructor.
