Get Out And Hike……


Great hike this morning up on Mt. Charleston.  Hiking is a great activity to keep you in shape.  As a martial practitioner if I am not training I am trying to do some other activity to stay in shape.  Hiking, biking, lifting weights, paddle boarding, scuba diving, swimming, etc.  Always trying to tie activities that keep me active and in shape so that I am always in good condition should I ever need to perform in a moment of violence!
