It was a great year in 2014 for myself, my family and Instinctive Response Training.  I had the opportunity to train very hard this year and also to teach and make some great new friends.  I am looking forward to 2015 training, making friends and leading IRT in the New Year!  I plan on seeing all of you on the mats this year!  May your year be blessed and your dreams achieved!!!
