So the other day I was practicing some flexible weapons techniques, namely sarong training.  I was by myself which you can imagine is a problem.  No arm to work with, no neck or legs, etc. to entrap.  So how did I do it.  Well I utilized two distinctly different training apparatus to give myself a semblance of working with a live person.  Wooden Dummy for the standing technique training and a Submission Master Grappling Dummy for on the ground.

The combination of the two allowed me to get an hour workout in by myself.  Quite often we will not have another practitioner to train with so you need to find ways to workout without one.  This is essential for the modern martial practitioner.  Be creative and you will find a way!
