So I was introduced to a new Abdominal workout yesterday. This is a really good but tough workout and while I was not thanking the individual who came up with it yesterday. I am today. This routine is going to become a regular workout on my list of things to do weekly. What I liked about this particular program is that it hits continuously different parts of the abdominal muscles forcing a total workout for your abs.
