
Okay, I have come on here before and talked about the importance of conditioning. There is nothing more important in your Martial Science training than being in great condition! If your grappling, striking, throwing, trapping or utilizing weapons you need to be in condition to be effective. You need to have weight resistance and cardio exercises to ensure that your conditioning is at the highest level possible. Understand this, an individual with great cardio and strength can win over someone with just great technique but mediocre conditioning! So, if you want to be effective at the Martial Sciences you need to invest time and energy into being in shape! Strength can be very, very important but Cardio is king. Get in shape and stay in shape… Drive yourself to be that special blend of martial practitioner who is technically sound but also fit! Be the best you can possibly be!
