
Train for right now? What does that mean? You live right now in this day and age. You need to focus your training so that it is effective and relevant in your country and in the environment that you reside in. If you live in the United States of America you need to be proficient with weapons in particular firearms and knives, baseball bat, etc. plus striking and empty hand skill sets such as grappling that will allow you to deal with a wrestler, boxer, mma fighter, untrained former football player, street criminal, drunk, etc. You need to have Awareness and Avoidance skills that work specifically to your City, County, State and of course in your Country. You need to focus on the here and now to be relevant. You should have a clear idea of what crime is happening in your area. So that you do not get surprised. Train for now, today, not the past. Live in the moment and be relevant. That’s Real World Personal Protection advice… Focus on right now. What is relevant today!!!
