Perseverance, it really is what seperates a decent or good practitioner from a great one. People really can become pretty good at the Martial Sciences relatively quick. However, because these skills have a physical component you can lose them just as quickly. Meaning, you need to keep practicing to have the skills you attained. If you stop or someone says, “I used to train” or I got a blackbelt and insert time here but I stopped because of xyz. Well, those skills are probably gone. Almost meaningless! Those that persevere are the ones who keep training no matter what. They keep going. When it counts, their skills will be there! Train and stop, well you were a martial practitioner. Now your just someone who used to do something. Never stop, persevere!!! Always train!!! Keep going!!!
See You On The Mats!!!
