Here is an old Judo clip featuring Mifune Sensei and some of his students. Watch how swiftly he moves in the execution of his techniques. It is breath taking. Now I am not naïve enough to believe his students were going all out but if you watch his movement you see very, very efficient economy and beauty! Enjoy!
