I had a great time hanging out the last few day’s with my friend Terry Stoker and his family. They were in town for the U.S. Open an Olympic Tae Kwon Do event. Managed to catch some matches, hit Hot n’ Juicy Crawfish, Red Rock National Park and a pool party at my house! Best of all Terry and I got to talk about life and martial arts and differences between training now and training way in the past. Good times!

I’m jealous, I would love to sit and talk about MA and training from the old days. Ever since you talked about the TKD tournament in Vegas I have been missing the old days when my first shifu allowed a bunch of us to hang out (we all had different MA backgrounds) for free on Saturday afternoons talk MA and kick the living daylights out of each other.
