So what do I mean by the IRT way to Healthy Living. Why it is really simple! Train, eat well and live your life as an adventure. Training, consisting of martial practice, running, swimming, hiking, lifting, kayaking, paddle boarding, walking, etc. Eating well, consisting of moderation in eating and not indulging too much in any one thing. Living life as an adventure. Well, you only go around once so explore this world, interact with other people and flat-out enjoy it! The IRT way to healthy living is not hard to do! Heck, it is pretty easy to do and if you follow this path you will be healthy both physically, mentally and spiritually. Make your life an adventure and see where it takes you!
