Bag Training…

Bag training…  No not heavy bag training but weight bags that you can move around with like the Brute Force bags or Bulgarian bags, etc.  Sand weighted bags can really help you develop functional strength because the weight shifts and moves as you move.  You can carry the bags while walking, running, hiking, you can throw them you can really get after them with different muscle movement and exercises.  If you haven’t tried it yet do so!
