Let The Chips Fall Where They May…

Knife Thrust Posterized

If you have taken the time to find a really good instructor and a system that fits your personality and physical attributes the next paragraph applies to you.  If you haven’t then keep looking to find that instructor!

As a martial practitioner we all have a lot of questions and this is good.  Will I prepare enough, am I good enough, is this the right system for me, will this work, etc.  Lots of questions will come up during your training and this is normal.  Everyone has questions!  Ask them all the time and learn from your instructors response.  However, don’t let them get in the way of your training!  One of my teacher’s always said to just train.  Keep training and good things will happen!  Everything will become clear over time.  Learn the lessons, pay attention, break down the training, work your body and let the training become one with you.  Questions are great but…. don’t let them slow you down. Do not become bogged down in your training.   Train like crazy and let the chip’s fall where they may!

In a moment of violence if you have trained diligently your training will come through.  So train, learn, absorb and enjoy the process!  Question along the way and get answers but do not allow it to slow down your training!
