The Bucket…

Muay Thai Bag Posterize and Black and White

This morning I had a really good workout on the Heavy Bag and Ground and Pound Bag.  I have a timer app that I love that allows me to set a workout up.  I warmed up with the Heavy Rope for 5 minutes.  After the warm up I then got into the meat of the workout.  This morning I did 6 rounds of 5 minutes each.  One round on the Heavy Bag and then one round on the Ground and Pound Bag.  That is 30 minutes or intense striking, which was really working that cardio!  What is this bucket thing that is mentioned in the title?  Well, most places that are really serious about training have a Puke Bucket.  When athletes are training and pushing their body to the limit some times they are going to throw up.  While this may not happen all that often when it does it is really nice to have a Puke Bucket hanging around.   Trust me on this!  If you are serious about your training at some point you are going to push your body to the limit and beyond.  Have a bucket handy if you are training indoors.
