It has been busy here between work, teaching Defensive Tactics, my youngest son graduating, family in town, etc. Busy, busy, busy but I have still found a way to consistently sneak in training sessions. Some times when you are this busy you just have to find a way to sneak in that workout. Fifteen to thirty minutes is all I have been asking for lately and when I have had that time I have been busting my ass to make sure my strength and cardio are still there. Find a way to get after it even when you barely have the time or motivation. Make sure you are fit so you are always ready!
